Mr. Chuck Lu, Partner - CPA, CIA
Chuck, registered accountant of Republic of China, graduated from the master program of Chung Yuan Christian University in 2000, has spent more than fifteen years in the accounting field. He has solid experience in auditing, corporate insolvency, corporate registration, taxation, and accounting etc. He is the founder of the firm.
In addition to routine engagements; Chuck has put more emphasis on ad hoc assignments which include corporate and management consultants, business valuation and contract analysis. Chuck is now the member of Rotary Club Taiwan.
He advises local and international clients on company formation in Taiwan. He also helps clients to comply with the regulations imposed by the Companies Ordinance; provides clients with excellent corporate services. He has extensive experience in the Listing Rules.

Mr. Gavin Chuang, Partner - CPA, CIA
Gavin, registered accountant of Republic of China, graduated from the master program of National Cheng Kung University in 1999, has been in the public accounting profession for several years. He spent his early days with one of the now big four international accounting firms and followed by spending a period of time in the SUNCUE CPA firm & co. as a person in charge. He has extensive knowledge and experience in both the public practice and the commercial field. He plays a key role in the management of the firm.
Gavin has wide range of experiences which include but not limited to audit, taxation, business advisory, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support. He is currently supervising and monitoring the progress of a court appointed liquidation. Gavin takes active part in professional activities as well as educational activities. He is also a member of the Lions Club, Taiwan.
